Stephanie Peterson Jones is an illustrator and a ceramic artist. Through many years of classes and workshops taken for the sheer enjoyment of working with clay, she has taken her love to the next level and is creating functional ceramics for galleries and craft shows. She works on both the wheel and hand building, and incorporates her illustrations as decoration on her pieces. You will find birds, octopus, bicycles, trees, plants, flowers, fruits and vegetables on her pieces in full living color. She uses sgraffito to add texture and detail to her work.
